We want to get your coffee to you fast and hassle-free. Here’s what you need to know about shipping and pickup options:
Order Processing Time – Bongo Roasting Co.'s production facility is open Monday-Friday and CLOSED on Saturday-Sunday. Once you make a purchase, your orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

HIGH VOLUME PERIODS: PROMOTIONS, HOLIDAYS, & MORE
During high volume order periods, such as Holidays, sales, and promotions, order processing may take up to 5 business days.
While we guarantee that your order will be packed and handed off to the carrier within the anticipated delivery window, we cannot guarantee final delivery dates once the package is in transit. Holiday shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carriers, and we are not responsible for gifts or packages that arrive late due to carrier delays.

Free Shipping on Orders $65+ – Spend $65 or more, and your order ships for free.
We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage, with delivery typically taking 5–7 days after processing.
Tracking information is emailed as soon as the carrier receives your package.
Please note: carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or mis-delivered by the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to start a claim.
Local Pickup - If local pickup is available, the option will appear at checkout.
Pickup orders follow the same 3–5 business day processing window.
No P.O. Box Deliveries – Please provide a physical address at checkout, as we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
