Shipping policy

We want to get your coffee to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what to know about shipping, delivery, and local pickup.

Bongo Roasting Co. Hours
Bongo Roasting Co. is open Monday–Friday from 8 AM–4 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after your order has been processed, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note that carriers may experience delays during holidays, high-volume shipping periods, or weather-related disruptions.

Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once the carrier receives your package.

Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, final delivery is handled by the shipping provider. Bongo Roasting Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or mis-delivered packages after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to begin a claim.

Free Shipping
Orders of $65 or more ship free.

Local Pickup
If local pickup is available for your order, the option will appear at checkout.

Pickup orders follow the same 2–3 business day processing window. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

P.O. Boxes
Please provide a physical shipping address at checkout. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
