This single-origin dark roast comes from Asociación Chajulense in Northern Quiché, Guatemala—a mountainous region where smallholder farmers grow coffee under shade, at elevations between 1100 and 1800 meters. The co-op has a long-standing reputation for quality and for investing in its local communities.

Roasted dark to bring out deep, comforting flavors, this one delivers notes of  honey, dark chocolate and toasted walnut. It’s smooth, rich, and just the right kind of bold.
