This premium lot comes from a South American cooperative not only focused on producing quality coffee—it’s solidifying itself as a long-term supporter of community growth. In addition to short-term credit, technical training, and quality control support for its farmer members, the co-op has invested in a leadership school for local youth.

As production improves, so does the impact: expanded income supports health services, education, and other social programs across the region. It’s a model that works—both for the community and in the cup.

It’s no surprise this coffee is a regular finalist in national and international quality competitions. It just so happens to be a go-to around our roastery which probably says just as much.
